Wing Comb / Banana Comb Hair Extension Directions
The attachment concept of a banana comb has long been around for a number of years and has proved itself to be a desirable method of attachment; while the interlocking wing combs are also a favorite because of the simplicity of use.
Even if your own hair is short, your options to now have a longer hairstyle can be achieved in minutes!
Banana Comb Clip
A quality 7″ contoured flexible banana comb clip made with an extra strong swivel joint at the bottom, and a secure closure at the top. The base of the hairpiece has a pocket to cover your own hair comfortably.
Directions:
- Make 2 ponytails with cloth type rubber bands (included) at the back of you head about 5 inches apart. The ponytail elastic should be as close to the scalp as possible.
- Slide the one side of the banana comb underneath your ponytail first (your own hair from your ponytails is covered by the base of the hairpiece). Then slide the other side of the comb under the ponytail on the opposite side.
- Line up the clip at the top of the hairpiece so they meet up and snap shut.
** The secure holding power of the attachment is based upon the comb’s teeth that are slid underneath your ponytail elastic bands.
Interlocking Wing Combs
Two specially designed interlocking wing combs designed to be pushed together (into and under) your own hair securely! Each comb is securely attached to the side areas of the base of the hairpiece; similar manner as in the banana comb attachment.
Directions:
- Make a single ponytail (or double for thicker hair) with a cloth type elastic band (included). The ponytail elastic should be as close to the scalp as possible.
- First, slide one interlocking wing comb underneath one side of your own ponytail; then insert the opposite side in the same manner.
- Push teeth of both combs together underneath you own ponytail. The teeth of the interlocking combs are spaced perfectly to slide in between each other to create a secure attachment all day long!
